High Tide Reveals Concept Design for its “Canna Cabana” Retail Stores
August 7, 2018

CALGARYAug. 7, 2018 /CNW/ – High Tide Ventures Inc. (“High Tide” or the “Company”) today announced that it recently finalized and subsequently revealed the store design for its Canna Cabana chain of retail cannabisoutlets. The sophisticated yet playful design was created in collaboration with Holland Design, an award-winning, Calgary-based interior design firm. The concept is the result of High Tide’s retail expertise gained from selling smoking accessories and cannabis lifestyle products since 2009, blending with Holland Design’s focus on bringing people and spaces together by creating interiors for businesses and people that redefine everyday thinking. In total, the Company currently already has four retail cannabis locations fully approved in Alberta – two in Calgary, one in Lethbridge and another in Morinville – with over 30 more locations awaiting development permits.

The design concept will be implemented at all of the Company’s Canna Cabana retail stores, with construction scheduled to begin immediately. The interior aesthetic is both casual and approachable for the customer, while also displaying aspirational and forward-thinking elements that are unique to the Company. The concept’s simple palette is accentuated by pops of colour, with woodgrains textures and woven light fixtures that pay subtle homage to the tropical influence in the Canna Cabana brand.

“Our knowledge of the customer through almost a decade of retail experience is expertly captured in the detailed concept created together with Holland Design”, said Raj Grover, President & CEO of the High Tide group of companies. “We couldn’t be happier with the concept design for our Canna Cabana retail cannabis stores and are incredibly excited to open store doors to our customers on October 17th,” added Grover. High Tide expects to open the maximum amount of 37 retail cannabis outlets in Alberta, the maximum number of 8 in British Columbia, and more across Canada as opportunities for growth arise.
